General Return Policy

It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your invoice handy. We will try our best to solve your problem. Prior to returning a product, email us for a RMA and complete the instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Please see "RMA procedures" below.

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures

Email us at sales@standardbattery.com to obtain an RMA Number for a return; be sure to have the following information available when Calling:

  1. Proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt, invoice, packing slip, credit card statment).*
  2. Description of problem.
  3. Product name, model number and serial number.
  4. Where and when it was purchased.
  5. Contact information: First and last name, phone/fax number, return ship to address, and e-mail address.
    *(A proof of purchase is required for warranty purpose.)

Upon receiving your information, our RMA Dept. will issue you an RMA number, along with shipping instructions, so that you may return your defective item. When we receive the returned product, the RMA process will be expedited to ensure you receive a repaired or replacement product as quickly as possible.
